Many of the customers of the restaurant "La Cocina de Toño" tend to bombard you with questions about a certain result in a dish, a particular texture or a flavor that has attracted your attention.

To satisfy this natural curiosity, and also to give a new look to the pinchos bar, so deeply rooted in Salamanca's gastronomic culture, Toño devised "miniature cuisine": restaurant dishes, condensed in size and price.
